1. Shipping Methods and Carriers. We ship orders using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL, depending on your location and order size. Options may include:

Shipping method availability is displayed at checkout. For large or heavy items (e.g., harvesting equipment), freight shipping may apply, and we will contact you for details.
2. Shipping Times
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Custom or backordered items may take longer; we will notify you via email.
Delivery Time:
Domestic (US): 3-7 business days for standard shipping.
International: 7-21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high volume periods.

3. Shipping Costs
Costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected method.
Free shipping may apply to orders over a certain amount (e.g., $100) within the contiguous US; promotions will be noted.
International shipping incurs additional fees, including duties, taxes, and customs charges, which are the customer’s responsibility.
We do not ship to PO Boxes for certain items; please provide a physical address.
4. Order Tracking and Changes

Address changes must be requested before shipping; we are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or refused delivery, you may be charged for return shipping and restocking fees.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Inspect your package upon arrival. Report damages within 48 hours of delivery with photos to info@eztrim.com for a replacement or refund.
For lost shipments, contact us within 30 days; we will investigate with the carrier and provide a resolution.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
6. International Shipping. We ship to select international destinations. Customers are responsible for compliance with local laws, including import restrictions on harvesting equipment. Refunds will not be issued for seized items.
