The EZ Trim Difference
EZ Trim Harvesting was founded in 2010 in Broomfield, Colorado, by growers who understood firsthand how much labor, time, and profit can be lost during cannabis harvest and post-harvest processing. Today, we design and build commercial cannabis harvesting equipment in Denver for cultivators of all sizes.
Our approach goes beyond building machines. We focus on improving the entire harvest process—from bucking and trimming to sorting, touch-up, drying, curing, and final flower preparation.
Many trim rooms struggle with the same problems: too much labor, inconsistent results, excessive hand touch-up, unreliable equipment, and workflows that become harder to manage as production increases. In our experience, simply adding more people or more equipment rarely fixes the underlying problem.
The biggest gains come from improving the process itself.
That means preparing flower correctly before trimming, controlling dryness, matching equipment settings to the condition of the flower, reducing unnecessary handling, and organizing sorting and touch-up so labor is used where it adds the most value.
EZ Trim equipment and post-harvest methods are designed to work together as a system. Our product lineup includes cannabis bucking equipment, wet and dry trimming systems, flower sorting and grading equipment, precision touch-up tools, drying and curing systems, and cultivation-support products.
Over the years, we have worked with hundreds of growers around the world, from smaller craft operations to large commercial cultivation facilities. That experience has helped us continuously refine both our equipment and the processes surrounding it.
Our goal is straightforward: help growers process flower more efficiently while protecting the quality, structure, and value of the finished product.
A Better Harvest Starts With a Better Process
The best harvesting equipment can only perform as well as the process around it. That is why EZ Trim places so much emphasis on education, preparation, and workflow—not just machinery.
Our Harvest Playbook, product manuals, training videos, and support resources are designed to help cultivators understand not only how to use the equipment, but how each stage of the harvest affects the next.
When the process is right, growers can reduce labor, reduce unnecessary touch-up, improve consistency, preserve flower quality, and build a harvest workflow that scales with their operation.
