Hey, this is Joe with Easy Trimm, and this is the Easy Cure Instructional Video. The Easy Cure is operated using an app and can be controlled with either the Tuia Smart or Smart Life app. Both apps are similar and free. However, we recommend the Tuia Smart app start the setup by downloading the app and signing up for an account. Enter your preferred email and agree to the terms, and then check your email or possibly spam folder for a one time verification code. Enter the code into the app and set a password, create a profile name, and then a home name. At this point, you can also set up individual rooms, although this can be done at any time. Next, we will add the devices, plug all of the devices into a power source and then add device. If the devices do not automatically appear, you will have to press and hold the button on the transmitter until it turns blue. Once all the transmitters are recognized, click add devices. Ensure you are connected to the internet and that your wireless signal is 2.4 gigahertz. Next, label each device you can label by tote number, strain shelf, location, or however you prefer. Additionally, you can assign each tote and device to one of the rooms you created earlier and or you can create groups at any time. You can edit the totes that are assigned to a room or that are within a group. To Create a group, select one of the individual devices. Then click the edit icon in the top right corner and select Create Group groups allow you to control all the devices in the group in the same manner and at the same time. Next, we can set the individual tote settings, including temperature, unit temperature, and humidity ranges, calibrations, auto alerts, alarm levels, and the work mode. For example, if you want one or all of the totes, to stay at a specific humidity level, select the tote or group and select the auto work icon. Select the work mode, select humidification. Set the humidity to your preferred setting, and adjust the humidity range to your preference. If you want to burp all the totes by schedule, we recommend creating a scene. Select the scene icon, click the plus icon, select schedule. Set the burp start time. Then set the frequency. Click next. Click the then plus icon, select control single device. Select the group, all totes, or create an appropriate group. Select Switch. Select on and save. Select save again and create a name like Turn on pm Burp. Now follow the same process to stop the burping at your desired time, and perhaps name it, turn off PM Burp. You can add as many scenes as necessary. Ultimately, you can control all the totes in the group by scene, by timer, manually or by humidity level, all at the press of a single button, even if you're at home sitting on the couch. The app will also send you alerts and notifications, updating you on status and programs, as well as provide graphs and data on power, humidity, and temp levels over time. Lastly, control from the app can easily and quickly be shared amongst your team and allows you to set up specific control levels for each person who has access. Now that the app is installed and set up, let's quickly go over using the totes. The Easy Cure tote allows you to dry, rehydrate, cure, or burp your product. The Easy Cure works by utilizing a fan hydrometer and one-way silicone flapper valve to direct airflow up from the bottom of the tote and out through the corners of the lid. The Easy cure fan speed and CFM can be controlled, giving you the ability to provide small, continuous amounts of air or quick bursts at higher CFM. Additionally, if your product isn't dry enough and ready for machine trimming, you can crack the lid, turn the air speed up, and use the easy cure to quickly dry the outer leaves. If rehydrating is required, simply place a wet towel or sponge into the bottom of the tote. This will not only keep it from touching the product, but also allow you to maintain a higher humidity level when desired. To start using the Easy cure, insert the dry rack, plug the fan and power cord in, and make sure the hydrometer is inserted into the back of the tote. You can actually purchase stackable baskets that fit inside the toes. Each tote can hold six stackable baskets. Whether you hang dry your plants, or dry the branches in the easy cure, we recommend that you buck them a day or so early, and while there's still a small amount of moisture in the plants, enabling you to use automated bucking machines without worry. When the plants or branches are ready for bucking buck the flowers right back into the totes. For procuring and in preparation for trimming, Procuring is a crucial step in the harvesting process and is often overlooked. Procuring allows the small and large buds to homogenize or equalizing dryness. This step has to be done after the flowers have been removed from the stem and generates consistent dryness. Providing consistent machine trimming after the product is homogenized and dryness is consistent for trimming, trim the flowers right back into the totes for curing or sort the product back into the totes For the touchup process prior to final curing. At any time, you can bypass the app and force the unit on or off by simply pressing the button on the transmitter. If you are using our pre-wired shelving unit, you can optionally switch off power for individual totes using the switch located on the power strip at the back of the shelving unit. If you've purchased one or less than eight totes and do not have the shelving unit, you can stack them as seen here and plug in four totes into one power strip.
