Thank you for choosing Ez Trim NoBurp Bags.
These bags are designed to make cannabis curing simple, consistent, and low-maintenance using passive one-way valve technology.
How It Works:
NoBurp Bags use a built-in one-way valve that automatically vents excess moisture vapor and CO₂ while blocking oxygen from entering. This creates the ideal low-oxygen environment for proper curing without daily burping.
Bags 1 gallon and larger also include a built-in digital hygrometer so you can easily monitor relative humidity (RH) in real time.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Dry Your Flower Properly
Ensure your cannabis is properly dried before placing it in the bag (target 10–12% moisture content). Overly wet material can slow the curing process.
2. Fill the Bag
Place your buds or branches into the bag.
Important: Fill the bag to 75–80% capacity. This leaves 20–25% headspace, which is necessary for the valve to work effectively.
3. Seal the Bag
Press out as much excess air as possible, then firmly seal the heavy-duty ziplock closure.
4. Let It Cure
Place the bag in a cool, dark location.
• No daily burping is required. The one-way valve handles gas release automatically.
5. Monitor (Bags 1 Gallon and Larger)
Check the built-in digital hygrometer periodically.
Target range: 58–62% RH.
If RH is too high, you can briefly open the bag to release excess moisture, then reseal.
6. Curing Timeline
Most flower reaches optimal cure in 2–4 weeks, depending on strain, density, and starting moisture.
Recommended Headspace
• Always leave 20–25% empty space in the bag.
• This allows gases to accumulate and activate the one-way valve properly.
Best Practices
• Store bags away from direct sunlight and heat.
• Avoid overfilling — proper headspace is critical for performance.
• For best results, use one strain per bag when possible.
• The bags are reusable. Clean gently between uses if needed.
