Step 1: Zoom Call
First, schedule a Zoom call in advance of your first time using the machine. This helps us ensure you are correctly utilizing the equipment. We will guide you through preparation, setup, use, and maintenance during this call.
After the call, if you are unsatisfied with the product, we will initiate the refund process.
Step 2: Shipping
Suppose you do not feel comfortable with your purchase after the first experience of using your equipment. In that case, it is the responsibility of the original buyer to initiate a return within a timely manner. We will schedule the shipment for you; we just ask that you re-strap our equipment to the pallet and print out the paperwork in preparation for shipping. Pick-ups are usually scheduled the next business day after a return is initiated.
Refunds will occur within five business days of EZ Trim receiving the return shipment.
